Southford House
Owned and run by Pam & John Bentley-Walls, who have been managing 5* B&B's in Dartmouth for 15 years.
Room Only accommodation allows you to sleep in and eat breakfast later at your leisure in one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Pam and John will tell you where to go.

Firstly, would we stay here again. the answer is YES. My wife and I had 4 nights here. One night in the Britannia Suite, three nights in the Southford Suite. This was due to a cross over of the nights we required with other guests. Both rooms are very different but offer excellent bedding & surroundings and are both very comfortable. The B & B is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast is a delight, superbly cooked with plenty of variety. It's worth noting you receive a pass that allows free parking in the centre of Dartmouth, this is a real bonus. The road to the front of the B & B, as mentioned in previous reviews, is very tight. But any competent driver will manage to get an average vehicle along it. Its also worth mentioning the owners Pam and John, who are fantastic hosts and work real hard to ensure your stay is comfortable. |
